Evan grabbed her bags and headed up the stairs. She gave Sophia another hug, “Still so happy for you. Love ya, Veedubs.” With that she followed Amelie up the next flight of stairs to go plan wit Gabe’s mother.
“You’re choosing to wake up that early, you can sleep in with me if you really wanted to,” she stuck her tongue out at him. Sophia hugged her back then headed up the stairs herself to their room, pulling Gabe behind her.
He huffed and shook his head. “I have to get up that early, I have things to do.”
Donna walked out of Gabe’s room carrying a box. She stopped and looked at Gabe and Sophia, then looked at the stairs. “Who was that with Amelie?”
