Nathaniel stared back at Amelie.
“Well I’m going to cry?” Sophia said. “Because I love you girls and I’m so happy Kat said her first words and were all gong to Italy to become an official family and have a wedding,” a few tears brimmed in her eyes and she picked up one of the tissues in Gabes lap and dabbed around her eyeliner to catch the tears then looked at Gabe. “I love you too,” she said taking one of his hands.
Amelie narrowed her eyes and crossed her arms, then poked Nathaniel. “Are you gonna be my granddad now?”
Gabe smiled and squeezed Sophia’s hand. “I’m so excited. My friends are excited to meet you, my grandparents and other family there are excited to meet you. I was on the phone with a few friends in South Africa this morning while you were asleep and some of them are coming to the wedding.”
