“Yup,” she nodded. “Just like that,” she giggled again. “You’re so smart, beautiful” Sophia pushed a tiny thin lock of wispy new hair back on Kats head.
She grinned and took one of Sophia’s headphones, then held it to her ear. She hummed and rested her head on Sophia’s shoulder, still playing with her hair.
