Sophia nodded and did her best to pay attention as he rattled off everyone’s name and made eye contact with each person trying to remember everyone by a trait about them. 
“Hello Everyone,” she smiled warmly at them. She wondered how many people understood. 

They smiled and nodded, most saying hello back, then Alexander stepped forward. “Ciao, tesoro.”
Gabe rolled his eyes and flicked him. “Watch it. I said English, fucker.”
