“Good, someone needs to put him in his place,” Sophia smiled. “He set her off bad. You would think he would learn to shut his mouth,” she murmured. 

“Accidents happen, Amelie. I could have put them up for adoption but I kept them both and gave them both everything in the world they ever could have asked for and- you know what I don’t need to explain myself to a toddler.”

“Okay, lets go,” she nodded. 

“She’ll do her best to put him in his place, she always does,” He nodded. “I mean, she yelled at a guy when we were out shopping cause he walked past a girl and grabbed her ass. That was someone she didn’t know, she’ll go off ten times worse on people she knows.”

“That’s kinda what I’m talking about, here. Just because you give them nice things doesn’t mean you’re a good parent. That just means you’re spoiling your kids.”

He kissed her cheek and led her to Gabe’s car, then opened the passenger door for her. “I hope we don’t get lost.”
